We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator to join a growing financial services business based in South West England.

Contract Details:

  • Rate: £300–£400 per day
  • IR35 Status: Outside IR35
  • Duration: 3-month initial contract (likely extension)
  • Location: South West England – 3 days per week on-site, with flexibility to reduce over time

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting the ongoing optimisation and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud, helping to streamline customer service processes, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
