About the Role The Sales Associate is responsible for escorting the customer through the sales ritual, upholding the brand characteristics while exhibiting impeccable professionalism and knowledge of the product.Responsibilities Achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals assigned by the Store Manager and by the CompanyPerform a sales ritual in line with brand policy: helping customers choose products that best suit their needs and desires, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of salesOrganize your own work in order to achieve sales objectives and observe timelinesKeep constant tabs on products present in the store and their prices, capture customer data according to the CRMEnsure that customers are informed of the arrival of new collections and special eventsContribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with brand visual standardsTake an active role in inventory. Participate in goods receiving and ensure quality controlBe aware of the sales plan and coordinate constantly with coworkers in order to guarantee an atmosphere that is in keeping with the brand imageGather feedback from customers on the collection and communicate it to the Store Manager Qualifications Luxury fashion sales experienceRequired Skills Ability to build relationships with customers and colleaguesStrong organizationHigh flexibility and ability to adapt to different customersAbility to discuss with clients showing passion for fashion productsWork as a team player with colleagues to contribute to a positive working environmentAbility to work with a flexible scheduleOther language speaking is a plus
