You’re tired of working hard for little pay. You want flexibility, high commissions, and the freedom to work from home—without the cap most jobs put on your potential. At Power Performance Marketing, we’re not looking for average. We’re looking for cold killers—hungry, driven callers ready to earn what they’re worth by helping gym owners grow their businesses. If that’s you, this might just be the last application you ever need to fill out.
We are a professional, agile, and innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to maximising client results. We don’t believe in micromanagement—we believe in results, clear communication, and performance-based pay.
You’ll be the first impression gym owners have of our brand. That’s why we look for people who embody ownership, honesty, and a work ethic that matches their ambition. We’re here to help you level up, not burn out. We give you the tools and support—but you bring the fire.
What You’ll Actually Do (And Why It’s Not Like Every Other Sales Job):
This isn’t endless, dead-end calling for minimum wage. This is a high-performance, high-earning opportunity with the tools and support to help you win.
- Make 200–300+ dials per day to a warm lead list of gym owners
- Use proven scripts (we’ll provide) to book 5–10 qualified appointments per day

We’ll train you from Day 1, provide daily leads, and coach you into a machine. But make no mistake—this role rewards effort. If you put in the work, £200–£400/day is absolutely within reach.
