Here you’ll be joining the leadership team of this well-respected chartered broking house as part of their ongoing succession plan. You will work side by side with the current MD, playing a number 2 role across the Scottish region, working towards regional control as the MD progresses to a national level.
Day-to-day, you’ll start to steer sales and placement strategy, representing the brand to help grow both client and market relationships. With a brilliant team of account executives on board already, all managing books of over £500k income, it’s a seasoned sales team behind you.
You’ll plug in for flagship accounts, drive the image of the brand and begin to manage P&L as the succession plan develops. This is a brilliant step up if you are an ambitious broking professional with an ultimate goal of being the absolute lead for a full national team.
