We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Regulatory Lawyer to support our clients within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to UK pharmaceutical regulations, including MHRA guidelines, by providing legal advice on regulatory matters related to drug development, approval, and post-marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory implications, ensuring that business strategies align with applicable pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
  • Stay current on updates within pharmaceutical legislation, advising stakeholders on the impact of regulatory changes on product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training on regulatory compliance, fostering a strong understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience working within a pharmaceutical company or supporting pharmaceuticals through a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory matters.
  • Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Authorized to reside and practice law within the UK.
