  • Plan and manage paid acquisition budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance data to optimize spend and drive conversions.
  • Design and run A/B tests to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user flows with campaign objectives.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking and attribution using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
  • Proactively identify fraud risks in acquisition campaigns and take measures to mitigate them.
  • Explore and recommend new performance channels to expand reach efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards on campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Data Studio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a strong quantitative foundation.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing in-house acquisition campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta reporting tools).
  • Understanding of mobile acquisition strategies and common fraud prevention practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO/ASO fundamentals is a plus.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Creative thinker who can balance performance with brand tone and user engagement.
  • Experience with programmatic ad buying and affiliate management is a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
