We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our growing team in Chester or London. In this role, you’ll manage and grow key channel partnerships (CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, etc.), drive pipeline development, and represent CyberIAM at partner events in the UK and abroad.

What You’ll Do
- Partner Relationship Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (VARs, SIs, tech providers).
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Develop joint business plans and growth strategies with partners.
- Pipeline Development
- Work with partners to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth.
- Track KPIs and report on partner-generated revenue.
- Strategic Planning
- Build and execute strategic partner plans to meet revenue goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends to inform growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Act as the key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
