An exciting Programmatic Video & Display Director opportunity has arisen at one of the UK’s most exciting and forward-thinking independent media agencies, which really value its team. They are looking for a strategic, hands-on Programmatic Video & Display Director to partner with high-growth, entrepreneurial brands - many of them privately backed, founder-led, or publicly listed SMEs that need to punch above their weight in highly competitive sectors. As the Online Video & Display Director, you’ll lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of cross-device campaigns (CTV, desktop, tablet, and mobile), whilst managing a specialist team and collaborating closely with clients, media owners, and tech partners. The focus is on building best-in-class campaigns across online video and display, often integrated with broader channel strategies including AV and digital audio.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the strategic planning and execution of online video & display campaigns across all relevant platforms and develop companies which genuinely make a difference
- Oversee team performance and ensuring consistent campaign excellence
- Own senior-level client relationships
- Collaborate with key tech partners (e.g. DV360, CM360, DoubleVerify) and suppliers to keep innovation front and centre
- Drive campaign measurement, optimisation, and reporting, articulating the impact of digital channels clearly and effectively
- Contribute to broader agency growth through new business involvement and thought leadership.
- Strong track record of delivering and optimising online video & display campaigns across devices (CTV, mobile, desktop)
- High-level understanding of planning principles and how they apply to digital execution
- Confident leading technical implementation of campaigns, including troubleshooting and measurement
