Youll take pride in delivering person-centred care, creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere, and ensuring all clinical tasks are completed to a high standard.This includes developing tailored care plans, carrying out regular health checks, administering medications safely and efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will support and guide care assistants during the shift, facilitate smooth handovers, and remain calm and responsive in emergency situations.More than that, youll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families earning trust, offering reassurance, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.What were looking for:Youll be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
