Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Message Archiving Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with message archiving solutions, specifically Source One and Enterprise Vault. This role involves designing, building, and migrating to Enterprise Vault, as well as engaging with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience working with Message Archiving solutions namely Source One and Enterprise Vault.
- Proven experience working with migrating from Source One to Enterprise Vault.
- Design, build, and migrate to Enterprise Vault.
- Strong knowledge of provisioning ArchiveMASH migration software.
- Take the solution design for approval with various design authorities including Cybersecurity review, Architecture reviews, ITSA, etc.
- Review any existing migration strategy document to identify gaps and raise questions.
- Engage stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Fin Crime, IT, and other advised parties to provide input and/or agree required updates to the migration strategy document.
- Establish in-depth and cross-jurisdictional understanding of relevant policies in relation to data retention, data deletion, legal holds, activity monitoring, and custodian data search/eDiscovery.
- Work with the Business Owner and Compliance and Legal Teams to agree/confirm which retention should be used as the cut-off data for data migration on each market.
- Perform initial review of the most current Business Requirements document in regard to eDiscovery functionality, and suggest and make necessary amendments/additions.
- Define the Veritas Enterprise Vault & eDiscovery access levels, ensuring they align with business requirements.
- Work with the Business/Legal to get eDiscovery search and data exports performance metrics to size the capacity appropriately.
- Engage stakeholders to review and iterate requirements, achieve agreement, and sign-off on business requirements.
- Support the decision-making process on eDiscovery tooling.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of provisioning ArchiveMASH migration software.
- Ability to engage stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Fin Crime, Data Governance, and other advised parties.
- Experience in defining technical and non-functional requirements in relation to data standardization and attributes required to support retention, deletion, Hold, and monitoring requirements.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tooling requirements.
- Strong knowledge of message archiving solutions, specifically Source One and Enterprise Vault.
- Experience with ArchiveMASH migration software.
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders and provide input on migration strategy documents.
- Understanding of data retention, data deletion, legal holds, activity monitoring, and custodian data search/eDiscovery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
