Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join the team at LIPS Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering non-invasive skin and body treatments, a strong understanding of skincare, and a commitment to exceptional client service. You will work closely with our medical and aesthetic team to provide results-driven treatments in a safe and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, such as:Facials and advanced skin treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion)Laser hair removalSkin rejuvenation (e.g., microneedling, radiofrequency, LED therapy)Body contouring and cellulite treatmentsConduct thorough consultations, including skin analysis and treatment recommendationsEducate clients on treatment plans, pre- and post-care, and skincare routinesMaintain accurate client records and consent documentationEnsure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areasMaintain treatment equipment and assist with inventory and stock managementStay up-to-date with new products, techniques, and industry standardsSupport the clinic team in delivering a premium experience to every clientQualifications & Requirements:NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalentMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar aesthetics or skincare roleKnowledge and hands-on experience with aesthetic devices and skincare brandsPassion for skincare, aesthetics, and customer serviceWell-groomed, professional appearance and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
