As Manager you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands such as the Financial Times, The Independent or Experian.

We’re a hybrid agency and consultancy with a brilliant track record for driving growth through the application of data and technology for our clients. As Marketing Technology Manager within our team, you’ll be developing our strategic approach to technology and deliver great work for our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the selection, implementation, and integration of client Martech solutions (e.g. GA4, GTM, CDPs, DMPs and A/B testing tools).
  • Own the technical setup and QA of tracking infrastructure across client websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Support clients on setting and implementing optimal web analytics set up (GA4, Adobe).
  • Set up advanced conversion tracking, attribution models, and event-based user flows using tools like Google Tag Manager, Segment, and Mixpanel.
  • Manage Ad ops – Pixel, cAPI, server-side tracking across paid platforms.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for operational issues and recommend technical solutions.
  • Proactively explore emerging technologies, Martech tools, and best practices to drive innovation in SEM.
  • Support our In Science team on data flows into BI platforms and automated reporting.
  • Support on Martech strategy during pitch processes and client onboarding.
  • Keeping up to date with privacy and cookie related news agenda - circulating and coming up with the In Digital advice and relaying this to our clients.

A bit more about you:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (must have) and Martech platforms – including default and custom tags set up and debugging of tags.
  • Strong experience using website analytics platforms: GA4 (must have), Adobe, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable handling quantitative data.
  • An interest and an understanding of other digital marketing areas and how they interlock with Martech.
  • Hands-on experience using HTML/CSS and JavaScript to debug and implement tag deployment and triggers.
  • Strong project management, able to handle multiple projects/workstreams at the same time, and working with stakeholders.
