Your new company is an award-winning software and data engineering consultancy that helps leading organisations change and transform their businesses by building and delivering high-value bespoke technology. They are widely recognised for their work with clients in the financial services and energy and commodities sectors, solving some of the most complex and important industry problems. They are based in Central London and currently have 70 employees in the London office, with plans to grow further in the next 12 months.
Your new role as a Marketing specialist involves playing a key role in shaping marketing strategies that enhance the business's brand presence and engage target audiences effectively. You will design and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with the unique needs of clients, using your insights to guide the development of compelling content, promotional materials, and digital marketing efforts that drive lead generation and client engagement. This position requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or consultancy industry.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Experience in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and case studies.
- Ability to analyse market trends and client insights to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including WordPress, Canva, SEO (Yoast), MS Dynamics, HubSpot, ChatGPT, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to a target audience.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions and measure campaign success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
