What you’ll be doing:
- To lead the Sales and Marketing Team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring tasks are delivered to a high marketing level and on time
- Creation of paid social media videos
- To take day-to-day ownership of main marketing channels including company website and lead conversion, and ensure the team are delivering on social media and with events
- Develop the skills of staff within the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring they have achievable KPIs and an ongoing Personal Development Plan
- Generate new marketing ideas and initiatives
- Assist in delivering SEO, PPC advertising, website technical and creative requirements
What you will have:
- Experience within a similar role, which must be in the property sector
- Experienced in lead generation
- Graphic design and video editing skills
- Experience in SEO, PPC, Paid advertising, Analytics, SEM, Metrics
- Ability to manage a budget
- Ability to communicate with external stakeholders, clients, PR
