This is a great opportunity to work within the renewables sector. Due to continued growth, my client is now recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join their site in Stockton-On-Tees. Leading from the front, the successful Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities whilst supporting the operations on site.
Maintenance Manager Requirements:- Hold an HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor working in an engineering environment, dealing with inventory, budgets, reliability, root cause analysis, maintenance tasks, repairs and projects.
- Strong mechanical engineering abilities.
- Previous experience working with PLCs β fault finding level.
- Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.
- Ability to work to high standards.
- Flexibility to join a Duty Manager rota every 3 weeks.
- IT Literate.
- Salary β up to Β£75k DOE
- Monday to Friday role.
- 25 days annual leave and bank holidays.
