This international investment office is seeking a private funds counsel to join its stellar team.
You will work within a small team of experienced lawyers (with top backgrounds) and advise on issues including fund structuring, investment agreements, pooled vehicles, and general corporate and commercial matters for the group.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly successful business and team and become a full-service lawyer with access to the business.
You will have a private investment funds background (hedge, PE, and/or private credit) from a top law firm or in-house, and you’ll be eager to contribute to the growth of the business.
