What You'll Do:
- Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and re-gears for both landlords and tenants
- Conduct inspections, valuations, and lease analysis
- Negotiate terms and draft heads of terms
- Represent clients in third-party disputes and expert witness scenarios
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development
What You'll Bring:
- MRICS/FRICS qualified with 1-5 years post-qualification experience
- Proven Lease Advisory experience (hospitality or medical sector experience a plus)
