Our vision relies on people who are curious about this technology and excited to take on this challenge!What You’ll Make Happen Collaborating with fellow analysts and other internal teams, you’ll take part in:Contributing to a variety of client-facing insights reportsGathering and analysing performance data from social media networks, in accordance with our processesDeveloping a mastery of a variety of analytics tools, including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite and YouTube StudioCreating visually appealing and consistently designed reports and presentationsGenerating content and strategy recommendations from data analysis of our clients\’ social accountsCompiling those recommendations into a written format to be shared with external stakeholdersContinuously looking for areas of improvement and working with the team to improve the overall quality of our reports and provide more value to our clientsUpdating and maintaining documentation on our reporting processesFollowing client and competitor accounts on social media to better understand effective social media strategyYour Expertise Excellent numeracy skills and ability to analyse data quantitatively and qualitativelySocial media experience is a plus, but not a necessity if you\’re interested in learning about the industryStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and communication skillsUnparalleled attention to detailAbility to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlinesNice to Haves: Experience in creating and executing on social media performance reportsExperience with 3rd party social analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Social InsiderExperience with the social networks’ native analytics tools, such as Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, TikTok AnalyticsWhat It’s Like to Work Here Cutting-Edge Tools & Tech Work with the latest hardware and software—Windows or Mac—so you\’re always set up to succeed.Ideas Welcome, Always We don’t just say we’re open to ideas—we act on them.
