We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with prior Amazon experience to support a high-impact automation initiative within Amazon’s operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven, highly organised individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands Amazon's culture and internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a structured intake and issue-tracking process using Asana.
- Work cross-functionally with POCs to monitor machine performance KPIs and ensure timely capture and resolution of issues.
- Regularly update project actions and statuses in Asana, following up with key stakeholders as needed.
- Support with data pulls from existing dashboards to inform reports and updates.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to ensure consistent project communication.
- Maintain accurate and organised project documentation and files.
