We are seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Jira environment, with a primary focus on creating and maintaining custom dashboards and reports. This role involves configuring Jira to meet business needs, developing insightful dashboards, and ensuring optimal performance and usability of Jira.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard & Report Creation: Design and implement custom dashboards and reports tailored to business needs, utilizing Jira Query Language (JQL) and various gadgets.
  • User & Permission Management: Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions to maintain secure and efficient access controls.
  • System Integration: Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as Git, Jenkins, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence to enhance collaboration and data flow.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Training & Support: Provide training sessions and create documentation to educate users on best practices and efficient use of Jira dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Upgrade & Maintenance: Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and plugin installations with minimal downtime.
  • Governance & Compliance: Implement and enforce governance policies for Jira usage, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
