Day rate, inside IR35, hybrid working.Supporting the General Counsel, you will take a lead role in managing upcoming corporate transactions, acting as the interface between the business, external counsel, and other key stakeholders.To be considered for this role, you will have 5+ years PQE, qualified in England & Wales, with training and experience gained in the corporate practice of a reputable firm. You will bring experience across both M&A and PE transactions, be able to manage your own workload, and work effectively with internal and external parties.
