With a strong foundation in translational research and a collaborative, mission-driven culture, the company offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of precision oncology.Your RoleAs an Immuno-Oncology Principal Scientist or Senior Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimisation of the company’s ImmunoINTEL platform—a state-of-the-art flow cytometric assay system designed to support immuno-oncology and autoimmune research. You will lead assay development, contribute to clinical validation studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the company’s diagnostic pipeline. This is a high-impact position with the opportunity to shape the future of cancer diagnostics.Main ResponsibilitiesAssay Development: Design, develop, and optimise multi-parameter flow cytometry assays for immune profiling and biomarker discovery.Scientific Leadership: Serve as a subject-matter expert in immuno-oncology, providing strategic input into research direction and assay design.Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, quality, and clinical teams to ensure robust assay performance and regulatory compliance.Mentorship: Train and mentor junior scientists and laboratory staff in best practices and advanced analytical techniques.Data Analysis: Interpret complex immunological data and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends in immunology, oncology, and diagnostic technologies to drive innovation.QualificationsPhD, MD, or equivalent in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of industry experience for Scientist level, including 2 years supervising lab personnel.Minimum 8 years for Senior Scientist, including 5 years in a leadership role.Expertise in multi-parameter flow cytometry, IHC, ELISA, and single-cell genomics.Experience with assay development under GMP/GLP/GCP conditions.Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways (510(k), PMA) is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in clinical trials, immune profiling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire) is desirable.What You’ll GetGenerous paid time off and public holidays.Hybrid work options and flexible scheduling.Competitive salary, equity options, and comprehensive health coverage.Opportunities to work on groundbreaking technologies with leading experts in immuno-oncology.Collaborative, fast-paced biotech environment with a mission-driven culture.Application ProcessIf you are excited about advancing cancer diagnostics and want to be part of a dynamic team, please click ‘apply now’ or contact us at +44 333 010 6262 for a confidential discussion.
