Head of Marketing (North Yorkshire)

Head of Marketing – Sites in West & North YorkshireHays are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to work for a company in Yorkshire.This role requires someone to manage day to day marketing activities and be responsible for development and implementation of the long-term marketing strategy of the Company. You will drive the Company marketing presence to create a strong brand while owning the customer journey. You will manage the marketing budget effectively, working with the sales team to achieve targets.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all marketing for the company.Work closely with the Sales team.Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with set objectives.Responsible for the creation and publication of all marketing material.To plan and implement the development of a wide range of promotional materials and campaigns, website content, advertisements and other marketing-related projects internal and external.Manage website development and online presence including social media.Managing the customer database, including targeting and segmentation activities, mailing production and customer surveys, then feeding back data to sales managers.Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications, leads, ROI, key metrics through internal MI.Research and analyse market trends to form marketing strategies.Track all marketing and sales data and develop a suite of detailed written reports and verbal presentations for the senior management team and the Board.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Experience of working in a fast-paced SME at this level or equivalentA degree or equivalent in marketing or marketing-related subject or an alternative marketing qualificationExcellent standard of verbal and written communicationAbility to prioritise and work across multiple projects.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
