They are now hiring a Head of Analytics Engineering, in a company where data drives every key decision.
Why this role is different:
This isn’t just any 'Head of' role; it’s a chance to shape the data foundation of a business that’s doing good and scaling fast. You’ll own everything from growth attribution and forecasting to how health behaviours are measured, understood, and improved across hundreds of thousands of users.
The product is meaningful. The team is ambitious. And the impact you’ll have? Tangible, measurable, and rooted in wellness.
What you’ll lead:
- Full strategic ownership of analytics across growth, health outcomes, customer journeys and commercial metrics
- Building and evolving the modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Looker, Hex – with full autonomy to optimise)
- Managing and growing a high-performing analytics team
- Driving business-wide decision-making through experimentation, modelling, and insight
- Embedding a data-first culture across product, marketing, ops, and finance
About you:
- 9+ years in analytics or data engineering, with deep SQL and dbt expertise (Python/R a bonus)
- Experience in a fast-growing D2C brand
- Strong commercial acumen – comfortable working across CAC, LTV, churn, forecasting, etc.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping company-wide strategy
- A hands-on builder with leadership experience – you enjoy solving problems as much as scaling systems
This is your opportunity to use data to drive meaningful outcomes, for the business, and for the lives of its users.
