We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, Senior Bid Manager to join a high-performing global Sales Enablement team.This senior-level role will lead major proposal and bid efforts across key global accounts, supporting Chief Client Officers and commercial leaders in the creation of compelling, client-focused sales materials. You\’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing high-value RFPs and contributing to sales excellence through improved tools, processes, and training.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver strategic, high-profile proposals and RFP responsesCollaborate with client engagement, commercial, and solution teams globallyDevelop winning strategies, solution maps, and high-quality sales documentsOwn and refine global Sales Enablement processes, templates, and best practicesBuild and deliver training for bid managers and sales teamsOversee and support offshore sales support teamsChampion the use of content management and AI-enabled toolsEnsure brand and messaging consistency across all proposalsKey RequirementsProven experience in strategic bid management or sales enablement rolesExceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills (English fluency essential)Experience managing global or multi-regional bid teams, including offshore modelsCommercially astute with the ability to oversee pricing and proposal alignmentStrong project and time management skillsDemonstrated experience in process improvement, content development, and CRM/Sales Enablement toolsA background in outsourced marketing execution is highly desirableWhy Join?Global exposure and high-impact workOpportunity to shape how we pitch, sell, and growCollaborate with senior leadership and influence strategic dealsBe part of an innovative, dynamic, and fast-paced team
