Aria Partners are working with a high performing credit fund that’s experiencing exceptional growth. AUM has doubled over the past 12 months and the team has been expanding rapidly. With further fundraising on the horizon, they’re now looking to appoint a Fund Controller in the London based finance team. This is a newly created position offering genuine scope for long-term progression as the fund continues to grow. The incumbent will enjoy a high-calibre team with a broad remit and end to end exposure across the private credit platform. The role will also involve regular interaction with the front office, supporting investment professionals on deal activity and portfolio matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of third-party administrators, ensuring reporting is timely and accurate
- Portfolio performance monitoring and financial analysis
- Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Partnering with the investment team on deal/portfolio related matters
- Supporting ongoing operational projects and responding to ad hoc investor queries
- Assisting with the seasonal audit process
Requirements include:
- Excellent academic background
- Hold a formal accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CA) or equivalent
- Circa 4–6 years of post-qualified experience working with credit fund structures in a similar role
