An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Fluent German International Relocation Specialist to work remotely in the UK.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for assignees from start to finish of their relocation
  • Provide advice to assignees and hiring managers throughout the relocation process
  • Maintain a full understanding of the client’s relocation policies
  • Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle escalations and exceptions as required
  • Maintain regular communication with third party vendors
  • Assist with review of global mobility processes, making recommendations for improvement where possible
  • Act as subject matter expert on client’s global mobility policies to handle queries
  • Compile and review cost estimates, ensuring accuracy

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Relocation, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management preferred
  • Fluent English & German is essential
  • Proven track record working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of global mobility policies and processes
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Personal relocation experience preferred however not essential
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
