We are working with a consultancy business with private equity investment, embarking on an exciting phase of transformation and growth. As they scale, they are seeking an ambitious and analytically sharp Interim FP&A Manager to support our CFO and leadership team in driving financial insight and strategic decision-making for three to six months.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with 2β5 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a PE-backed or fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, enhancing reporting, and driving performance through data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and refine financial models to assess business performance, forecast growth, and support strategic initiatives.
- Board Pack Development: Collaborate with the CFO to enhance the board reporting pack, ensuring it meets the expectations of private equity stakeholders.
- KPI Scorecard Design: Lead the development and refinement of a new KPI framework, modelling the impact of key metrics on business performance.
