We’re working with a successful and growing firm that values operational excellence and strong collaboration across teams. In this role, you’ll manage a team of support staff, working closely with Financial Planners to ensure high standards of service delivery, technical accuracy, and workflow efficiency — all while developing a positive team culture.
The Required Skills:
- Experience in a financial planning, IFA or wealth management environment
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and wider financial products
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable with Excel, including intermediate functions (e.g. Pivot Tables)
- Analytical and process-driven mindset
- Enjoys building relationships and fostering team collaboration
