Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking to join a fast-paced organisation based in South Side of Glasgow? If so then please get in touch we would love to hear from you.

Our client is looking to recruit for an experienced candidate that can join their accounts team and assist with the below core duties:

  • Volume purchase invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Collate weekly banking and deposit at bank in line with company procedures
  • Process payment runs
  • Reconcile the purchase ledgers to the nominal ledgers monthly
  • Reconcile supplier statements with purchase ledger balances monthly
  • Record CIS deductions and updating supplier record
  • Responsible for Monitoring Finance mailbox for supplier queries
  • Other finance duties as required

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that already have a minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience and are looking to expand on their skill set within a dynamic organisation. Candidates must have relevant experience within a similar position and be comfortable communicating with senior management.
