Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a range of general office and reprographics duties.
Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities:- Sorting, scanning, and delivering incoming and outgoing post
- Booking local, national, and international couriers
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, video conferencing, and moving and rebuilding operable walls
- Work closely with the building’s security team to arrange access for contractors and deliveries
- Preparation of court bundles, burn CDs, binding, and laminating of documents
- Monitor stationery supplies and place orders with approval
- 6+ months’ professional services or law firm experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Shows sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
