What You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle - regular school visits (minimum once per week) are an essential part of the role; fuel is reimbursed on the mile.
- Sales experience - ideally from agency recruitment, B2B, or B2C sales backgrounds but we will consider proven sales ability that is transferrable into this role.
- Target-driven mindset - you’ll thrive in a high-performance culture and be motivated by hitting goals and making an impact.
- Resilience and tenacity - recruitment is challenging, so we need people who are proactive, solution-focused, and never afraid to pick up the phone and be present in person to meet your clients and build great lasting partnerships.
- People Centricity - you’ll need to build rapport quickly, whether with a headteacher, senior stakeholder or newly qualified teachers across the education domain.
- Balance Reactivity with Proactivity - knowing when to be reactive thinking fast on your feet to provide immediate solutions, equally be able to proactively provide long term strategies and solutions to the challenges you may encounter in the recruitment market.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning business - making outbound sales calls, pitching services, and meeting schools in your local area regularly delivering an exceptional service to both educators and education institutions.
- Building relationships - with both schools and educators, becoming a trusted recruitment partner establishing yourself as a reliable and integral part of your clients’ recruitment operations and needs.
- Sourcing talent - finding, vetting, and matching the right educators to the right schools; we change lives daily - the right educator can change the most important lives - the children and youth we deliver education service to.
- Managing a desk - driving your own performance by hitting revenue, placement, and activity targets building your commercial and operational acumen in the process whilst earning a highly attractive amount in commission for your hard work.
- Making an impact - supporting schools with the staff they need to make a real difference in classrooms changing the lives and outcomes of many.
