Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce ERP Partnerships Lead to join our partnerships team to help broaden our ERP supplier network and enhance the e-commerce seller experience on our platform. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with ERP service providers in Europe to optimize merchant operations on Temu.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for ERP integration, co-marketing, and merchant onboarding.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to foster mutual growth and adoption.
- Leverage existing ERP provider relationships to accelerate partnerships and merchant adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify key ERP players and optimize Temuβs integration strategy.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in business development or ERP partnerships within e-commerce, SaaS, or tech industries.
- Strong network and established connections with ERP service providers.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling ERP partnerships to enhance merchant operations.
- Experience in merchant acquisition, ERP integration, and workflow optimization for e-commerce sellers.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with the European/North American e-commerce ecosystems is a plus.
