Allerton Bishop Search is proud to be retained to support the appointment of a Director of Quality in the United Kingdom. As the Director of Quality, you will oversee and lead a senior quality assurance management team whilst ensuring GxP compliance.
Your responsibilities as Director of Quality will be:
- Lead and manage all quality activities for GMP compliance.
- Manage, develop and coach a team of Quality Assurance management.
- Work cross functionally with functional leaders to drive a quality culture throughout the business.
- Lead UK and European health authority relationships.
- Continuous improvement of business processes and systems to improve long-term infrastructure and digitalisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Industry experience working within Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, particularly including GMP and GDP requirements.
- Multi-site or External Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
