You will assist the business in scoping their services across a range of clients.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Senior Manager, or similar role delivering multiple concurrent design and build technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and GDS standards, with hands-on experience delivering digital products in line with these practices.
  • Expertise in applying Agile methodologies and project delivery tools, with a deep understanding of when and how to use specific techniques to maximise value for our clients.

  • Solid experience with complex CMS design and build, web design, application design and build, and Power Platform project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and manage difficult conversations with empathy.
  • Ability to adapt and manage uncertainty in rapidly changing environments, maintaining focus and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Exceptional awareness – be detail orientated, task-driven and be able to organise the existing development team helping them also manage priorities.
  • A delivery evangelist with a positive “get it done” attitude.

The Company

This is a great opportunity to grab a team full of talent by the horns and make a big impact from day 1. You will be working amongst a team of top talent in a fully remote team who meet up monthly in the South West.

The company's founders have existential experience in their field from both working closely with their clients for over 50 years combined, as well as professionally executing some of the largest and most difficult projects over the last decade, worth over £50 million. The company has further demonstrated phenomenal success over the last 4 years, including six very significant projects won. For someone who is looking for that fulfilment in a role then there is nothing more rewarding than this. Your voice will be valued, feedback welcomed as they shape the business culture and you will work within a collaborative and talented team.
