Our client is a leading sustainability-focused corporate real-estate firm seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data & Design Analyst to join their team either in the UK or the US. This role supports the Global Engineering Support division of a major multinational technology company, focusing on warehouse properties. The primary responsibility is to manage data collection, workflow, and back-office processing to support sustainability initiatives.You will play a key role in enabling sustainability outcomes by coordinating data and reporting processes across engineering and construction teams. This includes ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs, maintaining audit trails, and applying architectural insights to sustainability decisions.Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders for data collection and managementOversee workflow of specific requests within stakeholder teamsEnsure accurate reporting against various programs to manage KPIs related to development, construction, and site identificationMaintain an audit trail of decisions, processes, and exemptionsApply architectural/construction/design understanding to sustainability-related decisionsRequirements:Background in architecture, design, or engineering, 3+yrs minimumStrong administrative skills with a focus on data collection and managementProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SmartsheetsExperience in project and program managementKnowledge of sustainability practices in architecture and construction is not necessary but beneficialAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyExperience with internal tools and processes of large organizationsPrevious experience in a similar role within a global enterpriseDetails:Start date: ASAPDuration: 6 month Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Remote, can be USA or UKRate: Up to £50,000 pro-rated, or USD equivalent
