We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Floor Manager to join our fantastic team at The Hero. We are looking for someone who thrives on the floor alongside the team, takes ownership of all guest-facing areas, and ensures a seamless customer journey throughout the venue. Our Floor Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management at The Hero. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards. Some of what you'll be doing as a Floor Manager at The Hero: ● Oversee day-to-day operations across all guest-facing areas (bar, restaurant, and event spaces). ● Ensure smooth transitions between service periods and floor sections. ● Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment. ● Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours while staying within budgeted labour costs. ● Manage budgets, monitor expenses, control labour costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. ● Ensure the pub level complies with all conditions of the license, policy, and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment. ● Monitor food quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
