Role Overview: They are looking for proactive, energetic individuals to join their ambitious, diverse, and dynamic sales team. As a Treasury Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new-to-bank clients for their Corporate Treasury business, primarily focusing on identifying and converting clients seeking treasury solutions. You will also introduce clients to other areas of the bank, ensuring they receive a superb treasury experience and become loyal clients.
- Key Responsibilities
- Acquire New Business: Generate leads through campaigns, events, networking, and other creative approaches. Visit potential clients and convert them to business.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure all clients are visited before onboarding, manage the account setup, and handle KYC requirements.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Oversee the client relationship during their first year, transitioning from salesperson to Dealer and Account Manager over time.
- Collaborate: Work with trading, marketing, compliance, and product management teams to support business development.
- Reporting and Meetings: Maintain accurate CRM records, deliver weekly pipeline reports, and attend regular sales meetings with team leaders and managers.
- Team Player: Assist team members in meetings, build strong internal relationships, and promote the One Bank ethos.
