Our client, a global professional services company, is seeking an Investigations Lead for a 7-8 months contract role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with senior leadership to assess legal risks associated with investigations.
  • Manage investigative teams handling reported allegations.
  • Oversee notification, recording, and reporting processes related to investigations.
  • Conduct complex investigations into misconduct related to financial and regulatory issues, including defining scope, interviews, compiling reports, and recommending remedial actions.
  • Ensure timely review and investigation of matters, develop trend reporting processes, and make strategic decisions impacting the Corporate Investigations group.
  • Implement global strategies, advise senior leadership on legal and compliance risks, and liaise with compliance and enforcement agencies.
  • Train and support investigative personnel, stay updated on legal developments affecting investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in conducting and supervising investigations, including:
  • Financial fraud and Code of Business Ethics investigations.
  • Regulatory and governmental investigations.
  • Drafting legal reports and advising on compliance risks and remedial actions.
  • Experience with litigation, including employment-related cases.
