Your new company: Large organisation looking to recruit a Commercial Cost Manager, Equipment to support their growth and ambitions!
Your new role:
- Contract documentation and management and all commercial activities for Equipment (c.£20m spend)
- Leading on high level projects
- Developing and implementing the procurement strategy
- Risk mitigation, supplier performance management and conflicts resolution
- Managing a high-performing (and growing) team of direct reports
Mandatory requirements:
- Centralised Procurement experience in Equipment, Heavy Machinery or similar commodities
- Working experience of public sector regulations i.e. PA23, PCR 2015 or UCR 2016
- Strong abilities in contract negotiation, management and documentation for tenders
- ERP systems experience mandatory, SAP a plus
- People management of at least 2-3 direct reports (you will be managing a growing team)
