We are delighted to be working with this leading global law firm, who are innovative and forward thinking to find them a commercially focused Client Development Manager to lead their Emerging Business Partnership Programme. This is a unique initiative that supports early-stage businesses with specialist legal services, industry connections, and strategic guidance.

This is a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and ongoing development of the programme, working closely with teams in the UK and internationally, combining skills across business development, client engagement, and programme coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow relationships with programme participants
- Oversee onboarding, programme delivery, and internal reporting
- Support business planning and budgeting
- Coordinate marketing, PR, and social media activity
- Plan and deliver events and networking opportunities
- Represent the programme at industry events and identify new partnership opportunities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Experience in a client-facing or business development role within professional services coupled with exposure to, or an interest in sectors such as tech, digital or life sciences
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working with data and managing budgets
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working with international teams
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
