Within this role you will be working within sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Financial Frameworks & Data Centre\’s. Role & Responsibilities Production of RAMS and issuingResponsibility for all H&S matters on siteSurveys of projects and smaller worksSigning in / out, inductions, toolbox talks, near miss reporting, registers etc.Site waste plan and management on siteOccasional pricing projects/ recommending labour and materials to estimating team.Receiving job pack from commercial and PM team following Client PO to carry out the works.Reading drawings and interoperating scopesUpdating of RFI schedulesManagement of Site Supervisors and PAYE staff om siteLogistic Management on projectsOrganising labour and materials on projectsBetter buying to maximise profit without compromising on qualityAttending Client and contractor meetingsQuality control and walk round on projectsProject reportingVariation control and reportingCost Management alongside PMProject sign offsFirestopping database uploadsProject close out documentation and O&MMaintain good PC filing always in accordance with ISO certificationRequirement\’s 5 + years of experienced within fit out / construction industry with trade backgroundClient facing with the ability to meet and discuss operational matters with Building Management, Staff and Client representatives.Forward thinking individual with the ability to make own decisionsVery capable on use of MS packages and e-permit systemsStrong and effective communicatorAbility to take an active part in Client and Subcontract meetings.Ability to programme manage and sequence with other trades.Unfazed by change and does not get stressed too easilyPackage: 24 days annual leave + bank holidaysTravel allowancePrivate Healthcare Private Dental Care Above standard pension contribution Clear Progression path Career development and investment from Group Metropolitan
