We\’re working with an exciting brand that is expanding its finance function and seeking a proactive Assistant Accountant to support their Financial Controller.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA, who is eager to gain broad exposure across transactional finance, bank reconciliations, and FX processing in a collaborative and close-knit team.Key Responsibilities:Processing supplier invoices and payments.Posting receipts and managing bank entries.Daily bank reconciliations and direct debit reconciliations.Assisting with credit control and FX contract posting.Supporting month-end activities and ad hoc tasks.What We\’re Looking For:AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA.Solid Excel skills and a good grasp of double-entry principles.Exposure to Sage (preferred, not essential).A strong team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and shape the way finance supports the wider business.
