We’re looking for a talented Practice Management Support professional who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. At MHA, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference. Your role in Practice Management will be far more than just troubleshooting systems; it’s about creating an efficient and supportive business environment, fostering collaboration, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal end users in a timely manner, addressing queries and issues via the PM Support Helpdesk.
  • Collaborate with the software provider to resolve staff queries and technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide training assistance to users, applications programming teams, and other staff members.
  • Prepare and present status reports, ad hoc reports, and training material for end users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency, and successful implementation of application upgrades and enhancements.
  • Offer expert knowledge of the CCH suite’s data functionality, facilitating integration with other software systems.
  • Lead and assist with projects as delegated by the Head of Practice Management, utilising Smartsheets for project tracking.
  • Manage database records, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling of client, employee, and contact records.
  • Periodically review and cleanse existing reports within CCH, eliminating duplication and improving data clarity.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all information handled within the role.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as required by the line manager.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a professional practice environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Practice Management applications or modules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience working with a time & fees system.
  • Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer’s CCH Central Suite.
  • Knowledge of SQL (scripts, backups, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
