Our London based higher education client now has a great opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join them on a 6-month contract assignment. This is a really interesting role for a talented professional to join a globally recognised organisation.
The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing first-line support using an ESM ticketing system and will support and triage issues in line with standard ITIL processes. They will be doing basic scripting in Python, and will have working knowledge of Linux and AWS.
