We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of supplier payments and staff expenses, aligned with internal policies and strict deadlines.
The successful candidate will be a confident team leader, committed to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the Accounts Payable team, ensuring full training, development, and high performance.
- Oversee all day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier query resolution.
- Ensure all payments are processed within 30 days of invoice receipt.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and one-to-one meetings with team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate finance processes and deadlines.
- Drive improvements in systems and processes; support implementation of new tools (e.g., P2P systems).
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on team performance and KPIs.
- Ensure all processes are fully documented and compliant with internal controls.
- Proven experience managing an Accounts Payable team.
- Strong background in team development and performance management.
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
