We build strategic connections between the world’s biggest brands and the world’s most relevant social-first talent.
The Role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Account Manager to join our growing Agency team. You’ll be the day-to-day lead across multiple creator-led campaigns—owning client relationships, overseeing campaign delivery, and ensuring a high standard of execution across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Manager and Agency Director, while guiding junior team members and helping to shape standout social campaigns that drive real impact. If you love building relationships, delivering best-in-class work, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment—this is the role for you.
What we are looking for
- Someone who thrives in client-facing environments, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and foster strong relationships
- A confident project manager who can plan, lead, and deliver high-performing campaigns from start to finish
- Proven ability to brief, manage, and review the work of junior team members
- Skilled at creator discovery, influencer negotiations, and securing standout brand partnerships
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle timelines, deliverables, and shifting priorities
- A strong communicator - equally comfortable presenting ideas, reporting on results, and leading client meetings
- Confident using data and campaign insights to optimise performance and inform future strategy
- A natural collaborator who brings energy, expertise, and creative thinking to every conversation
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a relevant agency role (PR, digital, creative)
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns end-to-end with measurable results
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, etc.)
- Experience managing both talent and client relationships simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong deck-writing and campaign reporting abilities
- A solutions-first mindset—confident handling pressure and turning challenges into opportunities
- Experience using platforms like Captiv8, CreatorIQ, or similar tools is a bonus
What you can expect
You’ll be working at our young, vibrant, and energetic office, where there’s always a great atmosphere and a social vibe. Our office hours are 9:30 to 5:30, and we’re in the office five days a week, so you’ll quickly become an integral part of the team and dive right in from day one.
Competitive salary based on your level experience and structured pay bands
Bi-annual bonus scheme to reward your hard work
Team and individual incentives to keep you motivated
In-house high-performance coaching to help you level up
Mental health support because your well-being matters to us
20 days annual leave + bank holidays (plus a well-deserved Christmas break)
Extra holiday day for every year you’re with us
Chance to win a holiday every month – because who doesn’t love a getaway?
Summer & winter team socials for those unforgettable moments
Early finish & dress-down Fridays – just because it’s Friday!
