Account Director – Digital ( UX & Web ) London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office) | £60–70k + BonusWe\’re looking for a strategic, digitally focused Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive the delivery of innovative digital solutions across web, UX, and application projects.In this senior role at a Digital Transformation Agency, you\’ll play a pivotal part in shaping web site strategy for high-profile clients across both public and private sectors.From large-scale CMS web builds to UX-led product design and web applications, you’ll oversee delivery from discovery through to launch—ensuring exceptional results at every stage.You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a confident leader across cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of how digital solutions can solve business challenges and deliver real value.What you’ll be responsible for:Leading strategic client relationships and acting as a senior point of contact across multiple digital accountsOverseeing the delivery of complex web builds, applications, and user experience projectsPartnering with UX, design, and development teams to deliver solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and impactfulFacilitating client workshops, quarterly reviews, and identifying new opportunities for growthEnsuring quality, budget, and timelines are consistently met across all projectsWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in a senior client services role (Account Director level) within a digital or creative agencyPassion for digital marketing, online marketing and digital transformationStrong knowledge of CMS platforms, responsive web design, digital product strategy, and UX principlesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levelsCommercially driven with a track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable client valueWhat’s on offer:A flexible hybrid work model (2 days/week in the London office)Competitive salary (£60–70k) plus performance-based bonusSupportive, innovative team environment with a focus on digital excellenceA comprehensive benefits package focused on work-life balance, wellbeing, and professional growth
