We are looking for a 2nd Line IT Engineer to join a fast-paced, growing tech-driven business based in Newcastle (on-site). This role offers the chance to support escalated issues while getting stuck into project delivery, infrastructure upgrades, and automation work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as an escalation point for 1st line support
  • Managing AD, Exchange, M365, VPNs & GPOs
  • Scripting in PowerShell and supporting infrastructure refreshes
  • AV & telephony support (8x8 / Skype)
  • Mentoring junior techs and documenting best practices

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years in IT support (ideally 2nd line)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tech stack
  • Solid troubleshooting ability with minimal supervision
