Our client is a well-established care provider seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to join one of their residential services located in South Croydon. This medium-sized home offers care and support to older people, including those living with dementia and requiring nursing care.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Manager and benefit from a loyal and experienced team. The focus will be on maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting service occupancy, and ensuring a warm, safe, and engaging environment for both residents and staff.

Candidate Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential
